Founded in 2019, Snowbright Studio is an award-winning game studio located in Cleveland, Ohio. We publish unique magazines, indie RPGs, and board games that bring new worlds to life.

Commitment to Humanity in Art
As a creative studio, Snowbright believes in creating games designed, illustrated, and written by adequately compensated humans. We do not use generative AI tools to replace creative human work in any of our products or general operations.

Ethical & Environmental Manufacturing Commitment
As a company, Snowbright is committed to being a leader on ethical and ecological manufacturing in tabletop games. When you back a Snowbright game, you can be certain that we have tried to design, source, and manufacture that game as ethically and environmentally friendly as we can while also still maintaining the high quality that you expect of our games.

Commitment to Compensation
As a company, Snowbright believes in a fair wage. We never host unpaid internships or any other form of free volunteer labor. No Snowbright staff or convention booth workers are paid below $15/hour. New positions are posted on our job posting page and LinkedIn.

Game & RPG Book Customer Service Policies
Games are typically shipped from our warehouse in Georgia (US). If your product is damaged during transit, please send photos and details using the Contact Us button above. Unfortunately, Snowbright cannot accept returns on products once they have been shipped, however we can typically provide a replacement for documented, damaged products.

Magazine Customer Service Policies
Due to our production processes, there may be a delay when you start or end your magazine subscription. New subscribers must subscribe by the 20th of each month in order to receive the next month’s magazine. Subscribers who subscribe between the 21st and 31st of a month will receive the issue for the month after next as the first month of their subscription. We aim to have all print issues for each month delivered by the 20th, but the USPS sometimes experiences delays, particularly for our subscribers in Alaska, Hawaii, military bases, and with PO Boxes.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive any magazines remaining for your current quarterly subscription. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for subscriptions.
